Hello Visitor, We hope you enjoyed the winter, and like us, looking forward to the warm spring days ahead. We have lots and lots of new things happening that we would like to tell you about...

Our New Look

Celia's is now printing all our bottle labels in house. We have made some changes that we think have improved our product appearance. We think the new label is much cleaner and more readable. With our new desiugn we have reduced our demand on toner resources. We have enlaged all the font sizes to make it much more readable. We have added usage ideas to all of our flavors. We have also added a "Best By" date so everyone knows the expected shelf life of our products when stored properly. All in all, more information in a more reader friendly fashion.

Our New line of EVOO

We have added a whole new line of Extra Virgin Olive Oils to our lineup. All our new olive oils are either fused or infused with real natural or organic herbs and spices. Very healthy and clean, perfect for cooking oils, dipping oils or salad dressings. They pair very well with all of our balsamic vinegars.

Back To Basics

Back to basics has been our motto since the end of last summer. After trying a few new suppliers, we have gone back to our basics and are once again using the traditional vinegars we started with years ago. Nothing but the best, a lesson we have learned the hard way. Our balsamic producers have been producing balsamic vinegars since 1889 in true artisan form. Using methods centuries old, our vinegars have no added sugars or starches, one of the only companies to do so.

Our New Balsamic Flavors

We have LOTS of new flavors to offer in our lineup now:

Starting with our balsamics, Strawberry Peach White Balsamic, Cranberry Orange White Balsamic, Cranberry Pear White Balsamic, Lavender White Balsamic and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic. As well as new balsamics, we have added our specialty vinegars including our Lambrusco Wine Vinegar and our brand new Serrano Chile Honey Vinegar. We have also made some changes to our Blackberry Ginger which is now a dark balsamic rather than a white balsamic. And for you true traditional lovers, we have also added our Gold Label Dark Balsamic, a true treat for the senses!!! For those of you looking for a another true specialty, our Italian White Truffle EVOO is now also available.
